Bio

While it wasn't exactly copywriting, Carolyn Frith began her writing career at the age of six by writing a story in her bedroom about a lost dog.  Since 1983, after graduating with an MBA with a marketing concentration from The University of Michigan, she has combined her love of writing with marketing.  

  As a Marketing Manager for Kohler Company, she enabled them to double bath-cabinet market share in just three years.    Products she has managed during her career include Avery labels, X-ACTO knives, Rascal mobility scooters, Kohler bath products and more.  

In addition to her marketing management experience, Carolyn is well versed in market research.  From 1997-2000 she gained experience in research at Data and Management Counsel, a marketing research and strategic consulting organization.   She continued to use her market research skills at subsequent marketing management positions.

In 2010 Carolyn launched her business as a copywriter and marketing consultant: Carolyn Frith Marketing, LLC. In addition to helping clients with marketing planning and strategy, she writes copy and content for online and offline marketing and publicity materials.   By partnering with graphic artists she is able to offer a one-stop marketing solution without the big-agency fees.

Carolyn lives in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania with her husband, Mike, and four cats.   Besides writing, her other lifelong passion is animals, especially horses.   She enjoys dressage as well as stadium and cross country jumping with her horse, Bob.  Her other animal-oriented pastime is volunteering at Main Line Animal Rescue where she walks dogs and cuddles cats.
